With 8 years of experience in residential homebuilding, he has established himself as a highly accomplished individual. Connor’s exceptional track record includes being awarded the title of Project Manager of the Year three times at DRB Homes – a prominent production builder. Additionally, his commitment to excellence has led to his team ranking first in customer satisfaction for three consecutive years.

Managing a team of professionals and overseeing the entire construction process from start to finish is an exciting endeavor for him.
Outside of work, Connor enjoys fly fishing, duck hunting, and camping with his wife, Amber, and their dogs Gryff and Walter. On most weekends, you can find them at the local farmers market gathering all the fresh ingredients to cook a great meal together. If they aren’t at home, they are likely enjoying time at the beach or in the mountains. Connor also has a passion for live music and is a big sports fanatic, supporting teams like the Washington Capitals, Nationals, and Commanders.
