Kris Howard
A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Kris has been in the home-building business since 2006 and enjoying great success since. Previously employed as a licensed general contractor with three separate homebuilders, Kris’ wealth of experience includes restorative work after fires, storms, water damage, and other disasters. Kris not only achieved the highest quality ratings for three consecutive years and the highest survey scores at his previous employer, but he was also named Builder of the Year in 2021 — all testaments to his impeccable and dedicated work ethic.

Kris has been married to his college sweetheart, Sallie, since 2008. Parents to three kids, Kris and Sallie are also licensed foster parents who are in the process of adopting one of their foster children to add to their growing family. Kris is a staunch believer in doing things right the first time around and to last long-term — and that goes for building homes!
