Nick Chapman has been a part of the construction and engineering industry for over 19 years. What started as a high school job framing,roofing and siding houses soon became his passion and career. He went on to manage and build over 250 homes in several beautiful communities in Arizona,Virginia and North Carolina before turning to the management side and running purchasing and vendor relations. Nick brings a ton of energy to everything he does (no coffee needed!) and is dedicated to always doing the right thing. An Arizona native, he graduated from Northern Arizona University with an engineering degree in construction management and business.

Outside of the office, Bethany enjoys immersing herself in the role of a mother while residing in Charlotte. She can often be found exploring family-friendly destinations like Carowinds amusement park. She has a particular fondness for the US National Whitewater Center and embraces opportunities to discover new places and experiences. Bethany's son has instilled in her an impressive knowledge of monster trucks, while her daughter inspires her artistic side through painting and the pursuit of creative outlets. She also has a weakness for burgers and margaritas, always on the lookout for the latest food trends in the food-rich city she calls home.

Outside of work, Nick enjoys spending time with his wife Brooke and their energetic son Greyson. They are an active, outdoors family that loves to travel. Nick also can be found cheering on the Green Bay Packers on Sundays!
