Shannon Douglas
Shannon has had a successful career in new home construction and construction management since 1996, and holds contractor’s licenses in both South Carolina and North Carolina. As Project Manager for our Copper Custom Division, he builds custom homes for our clients on their own land. He’s on the job site daily, supervising tradespeople, managing deliveries, and keeping the project on schedule. Shannon has a degree in Civil Engineering from NC State University, followed by extensive on-the-job experience. He’s highly organized and enjoys his work, with a reputation for finishing projects on time and to the highest standards.
There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing someone's dream home come to reality. My belief is that every home is being built as if my family would be living there.

In his off hours, Shannon is usually found courtside at a volleyball court, cheering on his daughters in their favorite sport.
