Steve Fijalkowski is an accomplished professional with over 25 years of experience in the construction business. Steve has executed work in various markets and held positions ranging from Field Engineer Vice President.
Throughout his career, Steve has been involved in many local Charlotte projects, including The Edge, The Prospect, NASAR HoF, Mecklenburg County Courthouse, The Vue, and Rea Farms. His ability to manage large-scale projects, work closely with stakeholders, and deliver high-quality results on time and within budget has earned him a reputation as a trusted and valued leader in the industry. One of Steve’s most memorable professional experiences was being part of the Boeing 787 Expansion project in Charleston SC.

Steve’s values are founded on core principles that were instilled in him early in his life by his father, “Work hard and never compromise your integrity or ethics”. Steves commitment to excellence and attention to detail have been instrumental in his success in the construction industry. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Copper Collaborative, where he serves as Vice President. In this role, Steve is responsible for overseeing operations, ensuring that all projects are delivered to the highest standards, and fostering strong relationships with clients and partners.
Steve is married to Natasha and together they have 3 children Morgan, Benjamin and Jonathan. When Steve is not working, which is unusual, he enjoys vacationing with his Family, watching his children perform in various sporting activities along with fly fishing and hunting.
