President
As President of Copper Builders, Tim is responsible for all day-to-day operations including land acquisition, sales, strategic long term planning and construction. Tim has worked in the homebuilding industry in various positions for over 15 years; he enjoys being in a role where no two days are ever alike, and where he has the satisfaction of making something out of nothing. Tim met Wade at Purdue University, forging a friendship that led to the creation of Copper Builders. The driving forces in his life and business are honesty and integrity; he views them as the foundation of the way he leads his team, and sees every day as an adventure.
I love starting the process with a client- helping them create the home that they are going to live in. Those initial meetings are truly where the “magic” happens on a flat piece of paper- there is nothing more gratifying than looking back at initial sketches for a house plan, then standing in front of a finished home with a client - and them telling you that the house looks exactly how they envisioned it would.

Outside work, Tim loves hanging out with his wife and two perfectly wonderful children – it’s almost guaranteed there will be a ball involved on the weekends! Look for this active family on the baseball field, golf course, or cheering on Purdue University, of course. Boiler Up!!
