Travis is a seasoned project manager who has worked on large residential projects across the Southeast since 2003. Before joining the Copper Builders team, he managed the construction of over 1,000 new Charlotte homes from 2018- 2020 for a national homebuilder. As Vice President of Development, Travis leads the team that builds homes and multi-family dwellings for the Copper Builders rental property division. A background in college athletics instilled in him a competitive nature and a strong work ethic. A natural leader, Travis sees each challenge as an opportunity to learn, and each new opportunity as an adventure.
Custom homebuilding is a profession that I have enjoyed since day one. I have been humbled and rewarded by this business, creating friends and relationships built from challenges and success.

An Iron Man competitor and dedicated family man (known as T-Deck at home), Travis enjoys all fitness activities, including open water swim races, marathons and cycling. He admits to having “a small bicycle obsession” and is now planning to buy his sixth bike. Happily married, Travis and his lovely wife Meredith enjoy the craziness of parenting three boys, including twins. “All of my kids love to ride, and when the weather is nice, you can usually find me, or all of us, on a mountain bike trail or BMX track somewhere.”
