South Park

Myers Park

Home to the 98-acre “Central Park” of Charlotte, Freedom Park offers a plethora of recreational facilities and walking trails. Myers Park is one of Charlotte’s oldest and most prestigious neighborhoods with its tree-lined streets and historic mansions.

Cotswold

Cotswold is home to Charlotte’s first suburban mall. It is one of the more desirable areas to live and shop with close proximity to Uptown Charlotte. If you love shopping, enjoy the Cotswold Village Shops, a hybrid enclosed and open-air shopping center. This area also offers plenty of quiet streets perfect for jogging or riding a bike.

Foxcroft

Enjoy local shopping, dining, and recreation without having to leave the area. However, Uptown Charlotte is only 20 miles north of the area should you wish to venture out.

Weddington

Mountain Island Lake Area
