The falls and the trail
The heart of Greenville, down the street.
Falls Park on the Reedy is why people fall for Greenville: the falls in the middle of downtown, the curved Liberty Bridge above them and gardens along the river. The Swamp Rabbit Trail runs right through it, paved and car-free, north to Travelers Rest and west to Unity Park. From Claussen Avenue it’s a twelve-minute walk.

What’s planned for County Square.
Solaire is the first neighborhood of homes in County Square, the redevelopment of the old county campus on University Ridge. Here is what the developer has announced for the rest of the district. None of it is open yet, and plans, tenants and timing can change.
