Quiet on the river. Close to everything.
The marina at home, and downtown Wilmington, the airport and the beaches an easy drive away.

The river
Sunset Reach sits on the Northeast Cape Fear River north of Wilmington in New Hanover County, behind a gate on private streets, with its own marina and boat slips available to owners. Downstream, the river runs past the Battleship North Carolina to the Riverwalk in the historic district, about 19 minutes away by car or an easy run downstream by boat, for dinner on the water and a walk along the boardwalk.
