Situated in Sunset Reach, our model home commands attention. The home serves to inspire clients and make building their dream home seamless. One of the best features of this beautiful home is a full design center. It is located in the lower level. The scope of the design center rivals some of the biggest office park-based design centers. It shows how easy it is to build a custom home. Guests can see the finishes in real settings. Then, they can go downstairs to design their own dream home.

What to Expect At The Design Studio
Your Design Studio appointments may be the most fun part of building your new home. It’s time to get into the details – from carpentry to grout colors and cabinet knobs. If you’re a creative type you’ll love the design process. If you’re not, our experts are here to help you discover and express your personal style.
With your budget, your designer will help you choose all the details and finishes for your home. We will document each meeting in Co-Construct to keep everything organized.

After your home’s structural plans are approved and the floorplan is set, you will meet with our Design Concierge. Together, you will start choosing your finishes and fixtures.
Of course! Our Design Studio is by appointment only. However, you can still visit us even if you haven't hired Copper Builders yet. Just call ahead, or schedule a tour.
Our convenient CoConstruct app and software combines email, photos, and messaging to keep everyone in the loop. Copper Builders’ construction crew, design team, trade partners and clients share daily conversations about every detail.
We’re a custom builder, so you’ll be able to choose everything! Cabinetry, Countertops, Flooring, Plumbing Fixtures, Lighting Fixtures, Appliances, Shelving, Bath Fittings, Paint Colors, Landscaping and exterior design details. We’ll guide you along so it doesn’t feel overwhelming.
